The Bench Tax project focused on creating a unified platform to streamline communication, document management, and task tracking. The goal was to improve the customer experience, reduce churn, and enhance operational efficiency by simplifying the tax filing process.

This project focused on migrating from Auth0 to AWS Cognito to enhance security and improve the login experience. By streamlining user management, introducing social logins, and implementing multi-factor authentication, we aimed to reduce friction, mitigate security risks, and increase customer satisfaction.

The onboarding flow was an experiment implemented in the initial customer journey when users first come to the app to learn if they were more likely to create an account and a project if we showed user value up front.

How we saved customers a significant amount of time by automating the manual process of an SEO workflow using NLP (natural language processing).

Improving the data viewing experience on the Ubersuggest project dashboard by allowing users to globally control the timeframe for all of the metrics to help them track their SEO progress over time.
